Add a "Double Characters" Function in to the Remove (5) Rule

Postby spacev2 » Mon Jan 08, 2024 9:04 am

Hi,

I would like to suggest to add a "Double Character" removal function in to the Remove (5) rule. This would remove any double characters in consecutive order. It could be abbreviated as D/C.

Thanks

I'm thinking that instead of Chars:, if you were to use Words:, you could approximate that.

Something like Words: aa bb cc ... zz AA BB CC ... ZZ

Thanks for the reply.

You make a valid point, however having to type them in manually every single time and also the additional factor of the double characters changing in different files this manual approach can become time consuming. This was the reason for the suggestion.

Thanks
