Implement More Advanced File Management Capabilities

Hi,

It would be useful if Bulk Rename Utility could also act as a more advanced file manager that could do tasks via a right click context menu such as:

- Create new folders
- Drag & drop files/folders into other folders
- Copy/Cut/Paste via right click

Etc.

I don't think that BRU is expected to do that, in general.

That said, some context-menu items are available for both files & directories.
(At least in Win7. No telling what Win10/11 may or may not show?)

And that said, note that BRU may not necessarily be "aware" of changes made in those ways (so a program restart may be required for it to "see" the changes).
