copy folder.jpg to episode1(name)...101(dif.name).jpg

I have a media player, and it shows folder.jpg as a thumbnail in its parent directory. The mediaplayer doesn't show it as a thumbnail in the directory itself, for that I need to copy folder.jpg to movie.jpg. I would like to automate this process.

example:
No thumbnails for the AVI files on my TV screen:
folder.jpg
24.101.12.00.to.1300.First Hour.avi
24.101.13.00.to.1400.Second Hour.avi
...
24.101.10.00.to.1100.Single Last Hour.avi
24.101.11.00.to.1200.Last Hour.avi

result: Displays the same thumnail for all my AVI files:
folder.jpg
24.101.12.00.to.1300.First Hour.avi
24.101.12.00.to.1300.First Hour.jpg
24.101.13.00.to.1400.Second Hour.avi
24.101.13.00.to.1400.Second Hour.jpg
...
24.101.10.00.to.1100.Single Last Hour.avi
24.101.10.00.to.1100.Single Last Hour.jpg
24.101.11.00.to.1200.Last Hour.avi
24.101.11.00.to.1200.Last Hour.jpg

I used the search, and I didn't find any solution matching my problem. Any help is appreciated.
