Change Case Except In [between]

hi, i have a simple question:
I want to change a folder name to Title Case excepts letters or words inside "[" and "]"
that is to keep unchanged the letters inside square brackets.

examples:

i have this:
model 500 - starlight [echospace 313LE] or
monolake - cyan [CR04] (1996)

i want this:
Model 500 - Starlight [echospace 313LE] or
Monolake - Cyan [CR04] (1996)
