Help moving last word of file name to the front

I would appreciate any help given on how to rename file names like below:
Last word of the sentence should be moved to the front, add a comma and a space and then the original name of the file (minus the last word)

A. den Doolaard
A.C. Baantjer
Aad Struijs
Aart van der Leeuw

should be renamed to:

Doolaard, A. den
Baantjer, A.C.
Struijs, Aad
Leeuw, Aart van der
