Rename certain files to folder name?

Hi,

I have lots of folders which each have Metadata info (.xml, .jpg etc) and a .zip file for various games. I'd like to rename the zip file to exactly the name of the folder.

i.e:

BEFORE
\Sonic
Folder.jpg
Background.jpg
game.xml
Sonic_the_game.zip

AFTER
\Sonic
Folder.jpg
Background.jpg
game.xml
Sonic.zip

Is this possible?
