Bulk Rename Utility

Hi
I have a directory with a number of sub directories and each sub directory contains a number of files. I would like to add a sequential number prefix to the each sub directory and all the files contained in the sub directory. I can do it by first renaming the sub directories and then opening each sub directory then renaming files but it would be nice to do it in one operation.

#10 Sequential-Numbering is applied to any & ALL selected Files/Folders
(if a file/folder is selected, it will be sequentially numbered as selected)

Your only options are when to restart-numbering the selection
Sorry, no 'KeepPrefixingLastNumber' option until recursing into another folder

You prob already know, but the only options to control numbering-restarts are:
Type: Numbering-System sets #AllowedDigits (Decimal=0-9: restarts at 9)
Break: Restarts numbering when 1 particular char-positions changes (1st, 2nd, etc)
Folder: If checked, numbering restarts upon recursing into a new folder

Also, consider #10Numbering a final rename step (cant be modded by settings outside of #10 options)
