How to exclude certain symbols

Hello,
Fantastic utility, but I'm struggling with something.

I have many files with symbols in them that need to be renamed/removed, but I would like
to keep the underscore (_) and hyphen (-) in the file names and not remove them.
Is there a way to remove all other symbols and keep these where they are?

i love having the ability to check (5) Sym., but it is a little too inclusive for this purpose.
