Date Picture Taken for jpg

Any one could explain why BRU cannot detect this image Picture Date Taken.
P.S. I have posted this question as a reply to the admin regarding the enablility of BRU to detect pre 1970 picture taken, but I think I'm not allowed to do that, and the post disappeared. It didn't even show in my posts in the profile.

Extracting EXIF data from JPG pictures is slow, so this is now disabled by default.
To enable it, just tick the "Extract EXIF data" menu item and then refresh your screen (F5).

Then use e.g.
AutoDate(8)
Mode:Prefix
Type: Taken (Original)
Fmt: YMD HMS
Sep:-
Seg:_

to get:
