.mp3 file rename (01 of xx) issue

Hey, I have audiobook directory, in which such files are present:

Fractal Time-Part01.mp3
Fractal Time-Part02.mp3
Fractal Time-Part03.mp3
Fractal Time-Part04.mp3

I need them to be named:

01 - Fractal Time- The Secret Of 2012 And A New World Age 01 of 04.mp3
02 - Fractal Time- The Secret Of 2012 And A New World Age 02 of 04.mp3
03 - Fractal Time- The Secret Of 2012 And A New World Age 03 of 04.mp3
04 - Fractal Time- The Secret Of 2012 And A New World Age 04 of 04.mp3

i.e.
01, 02, 03 - track number.
- Fractal Time- The Secret Of 2012 And A New World Age - book title

the trick here is for bulk subfolder rename.

Let's say i've got 3 CD's is subfolder, in which one consists of 7 tracks, another of 8 tracks and other of 9.

Is there a way to get count of files, so that it would rename as 01 of 07 (total 7 tracks), 01 of 08 (total 8 tracks), and 01 of 09 (total of 9 tracks) respectively?
