Eliminate blanks at the end of a file name

Postby brelis » Thu Jun 29, 2006 4:35 pm

After renaming files I have been left with some of them having a space (or, perhaps called. blank space) at their end. Another utility I use called Double Killer will not show a file name that differs from another file name if the only difference is a space at the end of the file. Researching the BRU forum, I haven't been able to see how to rename a file by removing space(s) at the file name ends. I have to believe this magnificant BRU program can do it, but I can't figure it out.

Hi,

Just tick the "trim" box in Group 5. That will trim trailing blanks.
