Bulk Rename Utility

Hi out there,
I got to rename 1100 pictures and prepared a txt-file exactly as described. But it does not work.... Cannot say whats wrong.
- open the folder with the pictures
- import txt-file
- no feedback in any way from BRU

Is there any step I´m doing wrong?
I would be very happy with any help!

Edit: Finally I got it. The misunderstanding was that I had to mark the appropriate files to see the changes.
Everything works fine, great tool!
