Sort or view only affected New Names?

Any way to only display files that will be affected before Renaming? Thanks!

Go to the drop down menu and select:

Options>Sorting>Group Affected Files

Make sure there is a check next to Group Affected Files. Once you have filled out your changes below (before applying them), click on the "Name" column up in the "files" window. This should put only the files that are affected at the top. If they are not, click the "Name" column again.
