Hotkey for regex

Community member "truth" very kindly helped me with below regex to change file names in Windows Explorer

(.* - )(.+?) \(([^(]*)\)(.*)
\1[\3] - \2\4

I wonder if anyone can help me put this regex into a hotkey? or am i in the wrong forum? if so then apologies
