Bulk Rename Utility

Hello,
I am a german guy, so excuse my bad english.
I use BRU since a quite long time, and I am really happy with it.
Now I have a new computer with an ssd disk. So I install all new Programs on E: not on C:
So I did with BRU. But now the contex menue in windows explorer does not any more work, because it says I did not find BRU at C:\programs\BRU\Bru.exe
Of course, because it is not there, it is at E:\programs\BRU
How can I fix that problem?
I looked in regedit but there is no Entry in the contex menue handler for BRU
What now?

yes, I reinstalled BRU. After deinstalling, the contextmenue was not anymore there.
After new install, the same failour.
context menue says: Cannot find BRU at C:\Path\BRU.
It does not recognize, that BRU is installed at E:\Path\BRU
