BRU start with taskmanager

I have created a bru file with autonumber and retain autonumber. Problem with this is, I have to open de file manually, execute it and save it. I would like to do this using task manager.
I have alse created a command line with BRC, but it does not have the option to retain autonumber.
Reason for this is, I have a folder in which pdf files are dropped from multiple locations. What I want to do is remove file name and add autonumber, when that's finished, move the files to a new location. Start this every 15 minutes or so.
