Regex and accents, or others special characters

I am currently trying to rename a bunch of files in an actually pretty simple way. Basically I just want to get an episode number and prefix it with S0XE. Kinda classical then.
I'm using REGEX but I am exeriencing issues because sometimes, the regex is not matching, when it should:
Please note that if I choose to forget the title for this series, it still doesn't work as the complete regex is not matching. Also, note that some of the name having issue does not have accents but "!" characters, while some working fine also have the "!" character.
So, what I am doing wrong here ?
