Original Example: PAUL CÉZANNE - CHÂTEAU NOIR
Case set to Title: Paul CÉzanne - ChÂteau Noir

Similarly in reverse, original: Paul Cézanne - Château Noir
Case set to Upper: PAUL CéZANNE - CHâTEAU NOIR
