Character Translations (remove words)

My question is how do I show a word to be deleted.
eg
If from a list of filenames I need some words "Hash" "Number" "Multiple" to be deleted. if I do in character translation
Hash=
Number=
Multiple=
where there is nothing after the = sign indicating that the word is to be removed. I tried it but it does nto work.
I know I can do it in 3 in Replace but that I would have to do one at a time.
If I do it in character translation I can put all in and then save as favourite.
