Bulk Rename Utility

Hi developer,
my Standard Bulk rename dont work from my Laptop to change Files in my Qnap-NAS.
All statups break the Software Bulk rename down, crash + newstart. Ever.
Bulk rename starte in Admin Mode also in Usermode. All renames crasht in all NAS datadirectories.
Please help me. Use i the buy version??

What version of BRU?
What OS?

Does the crash give you any kind of message?
Does (Windows) Event Viewer log the crash? And the details from there?

If you enable logging in BRU (heh, trying to think if that exists?), does that catch any information of note?
