Hi,
When you say scan to folder, do you mean as in printer/scanner. Or something else.
If its printer/scanner then i'd reinstall drivers and or software for your printer and scanner. or make a new root folder, share and try that

Hello,
Actually, this type of scanning problem I'm also facing.it's not support window 10 with 64 bit. I think we have to install a window 8.I'm also finding the solution with the help of google or experience person but they suggest me to install a lower version.
Apply this steps.
