Using BRU on a Vista PC

Has anyone been able to use BRU on a Vista PC? I've tried it on rel 2,5,3,1 and 2,5,3,3. I can see some of the files but none in a user's folder.

Errrm...yes. BRU is actually developed ona Vista PC.
