Bulk Rename Utility

I need help creating the TXT File structure for renaming part of a directory structure for example:

Old New
c:\ron1\data c:\r01l\data

for many, many, many folders (leaving the subdirectory structure and file names intact).

c:\ron1\ --> c:\r01l\

Can you give at least 10 examples of the type of renaming you wish to do?
