Bulk Rename Utility

Sometimes I want to open a file to verify some information before I hit the RENAME button. Right clicking used to (I'm pretty sure) allowed me to choose a program to open the file via the OPEN WITH option. But now -- a day or two after upgrading to the Windows 10 Fall Creators Edition, which I suspect may be the culprit -- when I click OPEN WITH, it spawns another menu with one choice: OPEN WITH, which does give me my choices. But going through that second menu level is annoying and non-standard Windows behavior.

I tried reinstalling BRU, but it had no change in the behavior I've described.

Any suggestions? I just want to be able to click on that first OPEN WITH and see my program options.
