Bulk Rename Utility

error 2 when right click to open bulk rename utility? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I even went into regedit and deleted all references to bulk rename utility. I still can't get the program to open from right click. I can find the program and open it that way only. Any suggestions?

Sixteen views and not one answer. Anyway, I shut down and restarted my computer and the problem went away. Just thought I would answer this in case anyone else has the same issue.
