Character Translations not working

Hello, I want to change the following characters on my files using Character Translations, and at the end of this topic is my list.
It occurs that it is not working....it changes nothing when I click Rename.

For example, the folowing name as it is:
pic-apostila-Humanística,-Ética,-Filosofia-e-Psicologia-Jurídica--Interna.jpg

The result I wanted:
pic-apostila-Humanistica,-Etica,-Filosofia-e-Psicologia-Juridica--Interna.jpg

But the result I get is exactly the original name, with all accents...

Oh, I´ve read this topic before posting... viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4511, it´s all about using the character list.
