special characters renaming

special characters renaming can be done one by one...
but is there some bulk method to rename all those in one go?

there is rename pairs, but it looks like 'rename pairs' is not made for it !?


I think there are many others out there using BRU who want to rename special chars list
for example:

á to a
à to a
é to e
è to e

for now I am doing it one by one... but it is not a list of just 4 - it is more than 100 maybe even 120 to be as accurate as possible...
