BRU quits due to EXIF

I append (prefix) the date taken to photos in folders including sub folders. This works fine most of teh time. However, there are a few directories where BRU starts to read the files and then just ends (program quits). I managed to identify the folder at the lowest level (that seems to cause the issue). This gives me the idea that it is the EXIF info of one (or more?) photos is causing the abrupt end of BRU.

Did anyone else encounter this issue?
If so, how did you solve it? I have no clue to what is wromg in teh EXIF info, it all looks fine in my photo editor (and not different from other photos).

I don't know how te reset EXIF info (if I would consider to try that).

An "illegal" date, perhaps (that might be "illegal" to BRU)?

If you can pinpoint 1 particular file, & upload it somewhere (with a link)...

A date such as 1-1-4501 might do that?

Maybe if you were to specifically set an EXIF date to such a date, & test with that file...
