Copy not Move box doesn't work

Specifically I tried to move a number of folders using this feature so that I could then rename the remaining folders but then I found the folders copied instead of moved despite clearing the 'Copy not Move' box

I'll note that a Move can only work within a particular Volume.
So if you were to attempt to "move" from C:\tmp to D:\newtmp, that would cause a Copy rather then Move to occur.

(And theoretically, though I have not looked, after the Copy to d:\newtmp, c:\tmp would be removed - or so I would expect?)
