Replace presets possible?

I am in situation when i need to rename folders frequently like several times a day, there is software that generates this folders and i need to rename them.

2023_09_15 ---> [2023, 09] September 15
2023_10_19 ---> [2023, 10] October 19
2023_11_10 ---> [2023, 11] November 10

I wonder if i can save the preset for Replace field somehow and apply it every time automatically, so i don't have to rename every month manually?

Tried to use Actions > Import Rename Pairs and it does work, but there is no wildcards supported.

I have folders like this:

2023_09_15 ---> [2023, 09] September 15
2023_09_16 ---> [2023, 09] September 16
2023_09_17 ---> [2023, 09] September 17
2023_10_19 ---> [2023, 10] October 19
2023_11_10 ---> [2023, 11] November 10

Only need to replace part of the string 2023_09_ with [2023, 09] September and use date that already in folder name (15, 16, 17) that is already in the file, is it possible with Import Rename Pairs or any other method where i can save all the replacements and later on load them with one click?

If wanting everything inside of Replace(3), can try a "Replace" and "With" like...

To save your settings, can click the menu "File, Save" to choose a descriptive name.
Then later, you can always click "File, Open" to choose any of your presets.
