ExplorerPatcher and Bulk Rename Utility

ExplorerPatcher is a utility available on github which restores some of the desirable features in Windows 10 to Windows 11

The current revision (22621.2861.62.2) is not compatible with Bulk Rename Utility and will cause it to crash or more likely not start at all.

An earlier revision of ExplorerPatcher (2261-2428-59-1) seems to work okay.

Sharing this in case anyone else experiences similar problems

I referred this problem to the ExplorerPatcher developer, and they were unable to replicate this problem.

I subsequently allowed ExplorerPatcher to update to the current 62.2 version and everything seems to be working fine.

The only other significant change is the windows update below, otherwise this problem is a bit of mystery, but thankfully resolved

2024-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034123)
