BRU 2.7.1.1 Bug under Win7: no scrollbar display

Hello,

there is a bug in the newest BRU release under Windows 7.

The Scrollbar on the right BRU window will not show up, so you are not able to scroll through a directory if there are too many items in this directory.
This seems to happen, if you select a directory from a SD-Disk flash drive via Windows Explorer command.
