Using the software

I can't for the life of me understand how to use this program. I have tried to a certain extent, but I don't have enough knowledge to get it. Can I take a really long list of songs and transfer the titles and artists into a spreadsheet for a songbook? I do karaoke and need to transfer and sort and number by song title and artists and assign them a number. I worked all day yesterday and until 5:00 am this morning trying to separate titles anbd artists by hand. When I finish this, I don't know where to go from there! Help!! At times, the software would stop working and needed to close. I must have some kind of issue going on, but haven't any idea!

This is a file renamer
- browse for an folder
- select files
- customize the rules
- preview
- rename
If you have a problem, post a few example file names and how they should look after the renaming.

Can the program do the following?
Organize files like:
khms1.google.com_kh_v=113&src=app&x=301&y=650&z=11&s=G.tile
khms1.google.com_kh_v=113&src=app&x=302&y=649&z=10&s=Gal.tile
khms1.google.com_kh_v=113&src=app&x=301&y=648&z=11&s=Galileo.tile
into folders based on the file name:
11\301\650.png.tile
10\302\649.png.tile
11\301\648.png.tile
any help is appreciated
