Windows upgrade has changed my settings

My PC was upgraded/re-imaged/flushed with Windows 7 a few weeks back, having been using Windows XP for over a year. Previously, whenever I needed to rename a bunch of files, I could right click and there would be my BRU application, nestling sweetly in the pop up menu. Now though, with Windows 7, it's gone. How can I get it back? Our IT have re-downloaded BRU and have it short-cutted on my desktop, so I can still rename files, but it is far from as efficient as it used to be.
