Bulk Rename Utility

Hi,

I need help and hope someone here can share some know-how.

I have two files. One file (MS Excel) has two columns.
Column A has a code number (ie 2687).
Column B has a person's name then .jpg (ie johnsmith.jpg)
This file is 400 rows long.

The second file has the pictures of people I want to rename - it is 400 images.

I want to rename each image on the 2nd file to match Column A of the first file.

The idea is to end up with the second file to show code.jpg (ie 2687.jpg instead of johnsmith.jpg)

It's not quit clear what you want to achieve.

What do you mean by ""rename each image on the 2nd file""???? Do you want to rename an image inside an Excel sheet

Provide better "before/after" examples please.
