Bulk Rename Utility

One time in a week i have to rename/substitute file-names.
I have to do always the same steps like:

substitute ae = ä
substitute oe = ö

and many more.

I found a way to rename files, but i need a way to substitute files.
Is there a way to do it, please?

Yes, but i have no idea how it works.
I have marked all files, then I press Control + F6 and enter

A=B

then i press OK.

But nothing happens.

And what is with:

Hans-=Hans (+ 1 Space)
to rename Hans-Jochen to Hans Jochen?

I have to put:

H,a,n,s,-=H,a,n,s,

?

It would be nice to do

"Hans-"="Hans " instead of kommas.
