Bulk Rename Utility

Trying to use the above and it doesn't work spits back the error regarding the corect form of the REPLACE switch. But if i trying it as REPLACECI:"&":" and " it executes fine but doesn't replace the & Character ?

Thoughts ?

Should work fine if you're using /execute, you can also try:
brc32 /replaceCI:^&:" and " /execute
