Bulk Rename Utility

Hi, I'm hoping this is a simple one. Here is my line of code in my batch file, which I am running from the directory where BRC is installed:

Code: Select all: brc32 /dir:"F:\Site\225226" /REPLACECS:"CNA:Corro&News" /EXECUTE

I get the following output from the dos window:

Filename 225226 CNA.pdf would be renamed to 225226 Corro&News /EXECUTE.pdf

I have tried replacing the "&" with "and" and this didn't solve the problem.

Help.... please
