Problem with the DATE in the file ??

I want to add the date and time to the file name. I used multiple camera's I sync their clocks so that later I can clump them all together and have them order chronologically.

I have used this program for years so I know it works but its giving me a hard time this year.

none of the "dates" options gives me a date (except "current" date options) I checked the files meta data and the original date IS their (2 days ago)

but the program won't add it. its as if it can't see it (I want to use date TAKEN)

suggestions? what am I doing wrong?

ok fixed it. have to goto options extract exif data AND restart the program (sorry wrong forum too this should be under BRU not BRC)
