Bulk Rename Utility

Hi!

I want to add date and time to files but none of the given options is enough since I need more details with fractions of second down to three decimals (yyyyMMddHHmmssfff)
Each try so far har only given me text and I can't find the correct syntax, if even possible.
I am using the GUI and not in batch.

Suggestions?
