copy not move to output folder

I'm using BRC within a VB.net script, and i'm having a few difficulties. Within BRU, I can recursively process an entire folder structure, outputting all files to a single output folder, while leaving the originals unaffected.
Is this possible with BRC? seems odd that the command line version has less functionality than the GUI!
I can't see anywhere in the manual to specify an output folder, maybe I'm missing something
