Script to rename files within a group of folders in batch

HI there!
I'm new here. I was looking for a script or a guide!

I have a group of folders (200+) and each has 3 files inside.
I want the files in each folder to have the name of their folder as a prefix.
I can do it with the base program but I have to go through the process of each folder separately. (200-300+ times in total)

Appreciate any help!

Filters(12) needs a checkmark inside for "Subfolders".
Numbering(10) needs a checkmark inside for "Folder".
