discrepancy between date created in BRU and file explorer

Hello,

When I check the date taken of a jpg file, i have a 2 hours difference between the date taken if BRU and the date taken in file explorer (windows 10).

And when I use a small EXIF data viewer utility (Exif Data Viewer) , i have for date/timer and date/time original and date/time digitised the same value than file explorer.

Why such a discrepancy?

Thinking you are not adjusting for DST.
Check Date & Time -> Time Zone Settings & see if 'Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Savings Time' is disabled.
