rename file whit name in text same file

Hi everyone. i should rename some files in word or pdf format. the name of each file is contained in the text of the word or pdf file, when finished all files will then have different names.
let me give an example. the first word/pdf file will contain as text "Marc you passed the test", the second word/pdf file will contain the text "Joe you passed the test". the files will have to be renamed, the first renamed Marc and the second renamed Joe. how can i do this? thank you for your valuable advice
