Replace Empty Spaces with a Dash

I'm VERY new at using Regular Expressions. I have files that I need to replace the spaces between words/numbers with dashes.

EXAMPLE:

3-5 Bingo Crescendo.m4a

to

3-5-Bingo-Crescendo.m4a

What command would I use to do so? Thanks in Advance!

Wow, I was REALLY overthinking the solution. I just used the Replace method.
