Move characters in a file name to another location

I have often wondered how to do this.

I have a file name, lets say:-

Title 01 - Mar 12 2024.doc

Is there a way I can move 12 to the start of Mar so that the file name would be:-

Title 01 - 12 Mar 2024.doc

The Move/Copy Parts section of BRU only seems to allow you to move from the start or end, not the middle of a file name.
