Rename files in reverse order

Hi,
Sometime when I download Youtube playlists, some playlists are reversely ordered, when I downloaded it, it appear as following

So I want to reverse numbering of these files, I tried the option (Renaming Options -----> Rename in reverse order) but does not make sense, also I removed its own numbering and add numbering by BRU, but also does not make sense.
The provided image is just an example, but in general how to make numbering start from bottom to top?

Hi, can you sort the files descending and add a new counter (and remove first two chars)?

I think the Rename in reverse order must do this action without sorting as its name suggests that.

Hi, renaming in Reverse Order does not change the new names, it just starts renaming from the last file to the first one.
