As it is, I take it that you dragged the files from Windows Explorer into BRU?
i drag the folder
Does the folder display the files in the wanted sort order?
Do you have a manner to
display your set of files in the ordering in which you want, such that you can drag them into BRU?
You know that p10 comes before or after some other p#, but how would someone else know that?
Where should p10 belong?
How do you know that the order should be 1 24 17 10 2 31 (per the original post)?
How are you sorting, or are you sorting the names such that they do display in that order?
If dragging from Windows Explorer always sorts the names alphabetically, you can drag the names from
Everything in (reverse) expected order, but you have to be able to get them to display in that order, first.
Actually, looks like Windows Explore can also drag&drop in the order displayed in W/E, but you kind of have to fudge it to get it to work, but it looks like it does (& again, the files will end up in reversed expected order in BRU).
actually someone said, that if you d&d from Windows Explorer & start the drag with focus on the first file, they'll be dragged as wanted. (Otherwise, not.)
So you select your set of files - but they must be ordered as you want in Windows Explorer (or Everything), then while still selected, hold down left mouse button - while it is over the very first file in your ordered list, & then drag into BRU. With that, & with BRU set to sort by 'Copy/Move', the files should then turn up in BRU in (reverse) sorted order.
Again, your drag must start from the very first file. Any other, & they will not display (reversed) as wanted in BRU.
And that all depends on you being able to have the files in the sorted order that you need to begin with.
