I'd suspect it's due to the Condition setting, & I'm guessing the directory is named 1738..., but that the files themselves are not.
So the directory gets copied, but not the files.
In any case, I too would think an actual real file manager might be better suited for the job.
Also thinking you could accomplish what you want (with BRU), by loading the 1738... path into the "folder bar" (at the top of the BRU window) & removing the condition?
(And actually, I'm not even sure on just how the Condition item is supposed to work, cause as written [& as I can or cannot understand] Condition does not look to apply to Condition found items in subdirectories?
So if you have
/1738/, then 1738 is found
/1738/1738.txt, then 1738.txt is also found
but if you have
/1739/X/1738.mp4, 1738.mp4 is not found
[& again, I'm not really sure how it's supposed to work].)
