Hello guys!
I don't know if I did something wrong, but I can't rename files with Bulk anymore. When I hit the buttom "rename" the software tells me that the files were renamed, but when I open the folder, they are intact.
How can I fix this?

Hi, are the files on an external drive? Is the drive formatted as NTFS?
